All purchases will be delivered in a timely manner and we aim to despatch orders straight away! Items are posted via UK Royal Mail First Class post (a service that currently cannot be tracked), the estimated delivery times are:

UK: 1-2 DAYS
EUROPE: 3-5 DAYS*
ROW: 5-7 DAYS*

*Please note that these are the Royal Mail estimated delivery times and at present shipping times can take longer for international orders.

We’re based in the UK and do our best to make sure all the right customs forms and paperwork are filled out when we ship to the EU. That said, since Brexit, some parcels are still getting held up or arriving with extra charges (like import duties or VAT), depending on each different country’s rules.

Unfortunately, these fees are out of our hands and are the customer’s responsibility—if they come up.
