BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE

By placing an order with AED you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at aedrecords@me.com before placing your order with us.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.


PRICES AND VAT

All prices on the AED shop are given in UK GBP and are shown inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%, but exclusive of delivery costs (delivery costs are calculated on the checkout page).

Please note AED has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
